I'm sure by now you have gathered your Christmas thoughts and have an extensive list for family and friends and perhaps you are one of those people that have completed your shopping and have wrapped the gifts - if so you might be exceptional but you would also be in the minority as I suspect that most people are less than 10% of their way through preps and purchases.
Will this Christmas be the same in your household - perhaps the recession isn't affecting you or perhaps you choose to simply ignore it and carry on regardless. In either case being shrewd is still a wise move.
